GMT Accounts is an internal operations platform used by Globe Multi Traders Ltd, Sea Cucumber Aquaculture Division. Questions can be sent to info@safenetcreations.com.
Information we process
- Staff identity and contact details needed to create and secure an account.
- Attendance, work-session, leave, advance, payroll and approval records.
- Location and device-security evidence when an authorised attendance feature requires it.
- Voice notes and optional work photos submitted for operational reporting.
- Technical logs used to protect accounts, diagnose faults and maintain an audit trail.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the company’s farms and business processes, calculate and review payroll, manage staff requests, protect the platform and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Access, storage and retention
Access is limited by staff role. Records are stored using controlled cloud services and retained only for operational, payroll, audit and legal requirements. Short-lived operational media may be removed after review according to company policy.
Your choices
Staff may ask an authorised manager or owner to review or correct their account and employment records. Optional photos are not required unless a separate company process clearly states otherwise.
