GMT Accounts is a private business operations platform for authorised Globe Multi Traders Ltd staff and workers. It is not a public accounting, banking or payment service.
Authorised use
Users may access only the account and functions assigned to their role. Accounts, PINs, biometric access and verification codes must not be shared with another person.
Accurate records
Attendance, work reports, expenses, leave and payroll evidence must be submitted honestly. Corrections must use the available request and approval process so the original audit record remains visible.
Availability and security
We take reasonable steps to keep the service secure and available. Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, perform maintenance or comply with law.
Company policies
These terms operate together with employment, payroll, safety and farm-operation policies issued by Globe Multi Traders Ltd. Where a conflict exists, applicable law and the company’s authorised written policy apply.
